Orders & Shipping


All orders may now be placed online through Nada G™ Fine Jewelry e-commerce platform nadag.com.  Once order is submitted, one of our sale representatives will confirm it following an expected delivery date.

  

All orders will be dispatched within maximum 5 working days. Once item is dispatched, it will be delivered within 48 hours. 

Nada G™ Fine Jewelry ships within Lebanon with Wakilni and internationally with FedEx, DHL and UPS depending on the destination.

 


Duties & Taxes


Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country rules and regulations.
If shipping to KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, EU, United Kingdom, Turkey and Hong Kong, you have the option to pre-pay duties at checkout. If you choose to have your ordered shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, duty will not be refunded in case of exchange.
If you choose to unclick this option, you agree to pay duties once item is delivered to you as per your country rules and regulations. 

If you are ordering to Lebanon, import duties will not be applicable.

 

Returns and Exchange


Returns are not applicable, however for exchange, kindly contact us on shop@nadag.com with your order number to lead you through the process.

While we do hope all of our customers love their purchased Nada G™ Fine Jewelry, unworn jewelry is eligible for exchange within 10 days from date of delivery, taking into consideration that the item is not worn and in good condition. However, please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are under customer responsibility. Duty reclaims on returns are also under the responsibility of the customer.

Items deemed as damaged and as such returned will be inspected. Accidental damage or result of misuse caused by the customer will not be accepted.

We kindly ask you to return items in their original Nada G™ Fine Jewelry packaging.

To ensure the best and highest delivery standard, all of our jewelry is checked and packaged by Nada G™ Fine Jewelry E-Commerce team, Lebanon.



Repairs


If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of Nada G™ Fine Jewelry, kindly email us on shop@nadag.com. Please include your full name, email address, order number and detailed repair issue.

At Nada G™ Fine Jewelry we make a lifelong commitment to our jewelry. We guarantee a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. We will only accept repairs for items purchased on our e-commerce platform nadag.com. Repairs for items purchased at our retailers must be returned through their original point of purchase only. Proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty. Kindly note that our warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accident.

Depending on the damage, any Nada G™ Jewelry piece can only be repaired and not replaced with an item of equal value.

An additional charge will incur on all items exceeding the warranty date.
